Yes. You can use any accessible email address to create and access your Ownered account. To send outreach campaigns, you will also need a business domain you control, such as yourbusiness.com. You do not need an existing mailbox on that domain because Ownered creates the sending address and routes replies into your Campaign Responses inbox.
No. You simply need a domain you control (e.g. yourdomain.co.uk). There is no requirement to have a registered company, and no existing mailbox on that domain. Sole traders, advisors and consultants are all welcome provided they control a custom domain.
Email plans (Starter, Pro and Elite) include a 21-day trial, because a 14-day email warm-up is needed before live campaigns can be sent, and 21 days lets you finish warm-up and run your first campaign before deciding. The Postal plan has a 7-day trial, as letters need no warm-up and you can send your first mailing straight away.
No card required to start. Your trial begins the moment you sign up, with no payment details needed upfront. We will ask you to add a card before the trial ends so your access continues uninterrupted. If you do not add one, your trial simply ends and your data is preserved for 7 days.
